How do you reset a Skycaddie SG5 if you forgot your ID and password?

Turn on your SkyCaddie and allow it to bring up your course
Press Menu.
Select "Advnaced" by scrolling through Menu options.
Select "Yes" to "Use Advanced Menu”
Scroll to and select "Preferences"
Scroll to and select "Defaults"
Select "OK" to "Restore Default Factory Settings and Restart"
Turn off the SkyCaddie, and then turn it back on to apply the changes
