How would you size a ECWCS Parka or Jacket for the ACU?
ex. my acu shirt size is small long, so if i were to order a gore-tex parka online , would i order it size medium long?
Also, are there any acu sizing charts that include arm length?
It depends on the climate you are preparing for.
I wear small regular ACUs.
In Alaska, I got I Medium Regular ECWCS Jacket, so I would be able to wear layers under it.
In California, I use a Small Regular, because I pretty much just use it as a raincoat, and I don't need to wear a bear suit under it.
You definitely want to get long, or even extra long (if it is available in ECWCS), the extra length helps keep out the rain/wind/snow.
For size charts, I would check AAFES.com, Ranger Joes, or Brigade Quartemasters/Action Gear.
