Will live view be better for me because I have glasses?

I tried using the view finder but I have astigmatism as well so its not really that sharp.....

All DSLR's have eyesight compensation built into the viewfinder so you can set it up for use either with or without your glasses.

To set it up is easy, put your camera on a tripod and allow the lens to auto focus (half press the shutter till the focus light comes on) then adjust the dioptre slider or knob till you see a clear focused image.

If your eyesight is really bad and outside the range of adjustment Pentax (and I'm sure all other manufacturers) can supply a lens holder for the viewfinder, it's cheap for your optician to provide you with a prescription lens for these.

There are only 2 scenarios where live view might be useful, one has been mentioned already a macro tripod shot or when your camera is in an awkward place to get your eye to the viewfinder such as at ground level. Live view will never give you the resolution of looking at the scene optically.
