In the U.S. and Canada the plan pays 90% of eligible expenses up to $5,000 then 100% up to the policy maximum when treatment is provided within the PPO Network and 80% outside the PPO Network. Benefit period of 6 months. On-line access to MyIMG 24 hours a day. World-Class Medical Benefits and International Emergency Care.
- Patriot Platinum Travel Medical Insurance
- This First-Class travel medical insurance plan comes in both Patriot Platinum International and Patriot Platinum America. Both provide the discerning traveler offer a complete package of international benefits available 24 hours a day. These 2 plans are available from 10 days to 3 years. Besides the range of deductibles (0 to $25,000) and policy maximums ($1,000,000 to $8,000,000) you also have access to IMG's Global Concierge and Assistance Services.
- In addition to the services listed above there is this: Coinsurance in PPO Network pays 100%, outside PPO Network pays 90% up to $5,000 then 100% up to maximum limit, Benefit period up to 12 months, eDocAmerica gives you access to medical professionals to assist with any routine health related questions.
- Patriot Executive Travel Medical Insurance
- Offers a complete package of International benefits 24 hours a day and there is a Patriot Executive International plan for U.S. citizens and Patriot Executive America plan for non-U.S. citizens. Each plan provides coverage for you, your spouse and your children for each trip outside your home country during a period of up to 1 year.
- Each plan offers excellent benefits including access to international multi-lingual customer service centers, claims administrators and 24 hour access to highly qualified coordinators of emergency medical services and international treatment.

The Patriot Group International Travel Medical Insurance plan provides coverage for groups of 5 or more U.S. Citizens traveling overseas for a minimum of 10 days up to a maximum of 2 years with coverage for brief returns to the U.S. Patriot Group America for groups of 5 or more also when traveling outside their home country.
- Plan Highlights for both Patriot Group International and Patriot Group America Travel Medical Insurance. Maximum limits from $50,000 to $2,000,000 and individual deductibles from $0 to $2,500. For treatment received outside the U.S. and Canada there is no Coinsurance. I am curious to know whether tall person and stout(motta)persons cannot travel by air in ordinary class?
This question is due to the objection by a Minister that he cannot travel in ordinary class because he is tall,hence Executive class is preferred by him and another Minister said that since he is a stout (motta) person, he should be allowed to travel in Executive class(ofcourse all in Tax Payers' money)!!!!!

Having flown on some very long flights and ones I wish I'd not been on, as an 5'2' average sized female I even would greatly appreciate more room.
There is nothing like being cramped either by another passenger or just by the seats to suddenly question if you either massively gained weight or you are in munchkin land.
The best flight we had was on a 777 overseas. The plane was so long it took two docking bays.
For the first time we had leg room, bathrooms we could actually use without backing into and squeezing out of and air movement that was not stifling.
Even though I don't like the cramped quarters in the seats, I certainly can sympathize with the idea of making people of expanded width reserve two because they end up sharing yours at your expense and serious discomfort.
For those who haven't experienced this. the best for you to understand is to cram yourself into a tight space like a full elevator, a bus, or subway with wall to wall people, then stop the ride for at least 4-5 hours, then you can appreciate it.
