So, is journalism dead? And is there any point left in getting a degree in it?

So, degree wise, I'm looking at either English, Sociology, or Journalism (the one I want most) The problem is, I'm pretty sure that Journalism is dead, dying, and completely changing. Now, does anyone one know what its going to end up like? And is there any point in getting a degree in it?
