I am new to golf and am looking at some used irons on Ebay. Of the four clubs, all look like they will need new grips and two do not have end/butt caps. If I buy them would I be able to replace the end/butt caps? Where would I go to get that done? Thanks.

very old clubs no later than 1979. very hard to hit. the grips you described fit that era. it may be worth your while as a newcomer to the game to find a set of game improvement clubs. the ones you have chosen were great , but will not improve your game. the last company to use butt grips mizuno and great asian clubs honma. to replace with same grips. would cost at least 18 per iron. try to find newer set. your wallet will love you. the game is hard enough. even mid 1990s irons will help.
